Terms of Service (Audition Me)

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Audition Me (“Company”) and its users regarding the use of the services (“Services”) provided by the Company. These Terms also apply to electronic commerce via PC, smartphones (iOS, Android), and other platforms, unless their nature contradicts such application.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Site” means the online platform provided by the Company for dance performance-based services including information, recommendations, and user interaction.
  2. “Member” refers to a person who registers by providing personal information and is authorized to continuously use the Services. This excludes advertising agencies.
  3. “Non-member” refers to a person who uses the Services without registering.
  4. “User” refers collectively to both Members and Non-members.
  5. “Password” refers to the combination of letters and numbers set by the Member for identification and protection.
  6. “Post” refers to any content such as text, photos, videos, links, etc., posted by a User.
  7. “AI Evaluation” refers to automated video scoring and feedback provided via AI algorithm.
  8. “Points” are reward units that can be earned through platform activities and used for in-app purchases.
  9. “Badge” refers to a digital credential awarded for achievements and used for ranking qualification.
  10. “Ranking System” is a competitive feature that highlights top performers based on User activity.
  11. “Ad Watch Function” allows Users to earn votes or AI evaluations by watching ads voluntarily.
  12. “Digital Services” refers to paid Coaching/Feedback services and paid VOD services provided via the app/web.
  13. “Offline Dance Class” refers to an in-person dance class operated/hosted/sold by the Company on a reservation basis.
  14. “Service Commencement” means the point at which the purchased service actually begins to be provided, as defined in Article 11.
